“We have never stayed in RiNo before and loved the artsy feel of this location. Lots of breweries and restaurants made it super walkable. We easily got around the city without a rental car. We took the train from the airport and the walk from the station was an easy 10 minutes. The set up was perfect for our family of four, and the apartment was well appointed. The balcony was a disappointment for us, as the view was of the air conditioners of the neighboring complex, and the furniture could use a good cleaning. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Denver!”

“Upon arrival we noticed dryers in the hallway for a water leak. The leak progressed through the next several days, finally pouring water into our condo all over our belongings while we were out exploring. They let the contractors in without letting us know. Beware the building needs lots of repairs and you might be displaced during your stay.”
