“Overall stay was ok, there is a game room in the basement and the shuffle board game has sand, the prior person left sand over the entire basement floor, we couldn't sweep it all up. We let them know and was told cleaners would be dispatched the following day and we would receive a call. They never happened To make up for this we're we given a noon check out instead of the standard 10am. But the cleaner came at 10am on the day of check out and opened the door on my wife and kids and were not told about the noon check out. And the door code were change before the new check out time.”

“Upon arrival we noticed dryers in the hallway for a water leak. The leak progressed through the next several days, finally pouring water into our condo all over our belongings while we were out exploring. They let the contractors in without letting us know. Beware the building needs lots of repairs and you might be displaced during your stay.”

“Normally love staying here, but there is construction and ongoing works in the building at the moment. No notice was provided in advance. Noise and ongoing disruptions made the stay uncomfortable and there were multiple requests that were disruptive to my stay. Still waiting to be made whole for these issues. Overall they've been responsive to help resolve some of the issues, but it would've been better if they didn't rent out this room to begin with. Not fit for someone to stay in atm.”

“Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned and there was laundry from the last renters. Trash. The house smelled off. When I contacted them, they told me that they were trying to get a hold of their cleaner and they would give me a call back. We sat in 106° waiting on them to call back which they never did so I reached out to them about 30 minutes later and was told they could not reach the cleaning lady. The only reason I have given them, a two star is because they did give the money back but we were left in a bind trying to find somewhere to stay 4 1/2 hours from home on a last-minute notice.”

“The condo was clean. The shower however, had no pressure and could not use it. The parking spot that was given was in a corner next to a pillar. My SUV did not fit at all and could not reassign. Street parking is impossible in the evening hours.”

“WiFi and TVs never worked for the whole weekend. Didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for limit of people. Was over priced for the location and should offer a discount both WiFi networks and all TVs did not work the whole time”

“We visited a family members. For us it was a good location. For many visitors this maybe a little far from some attractions. Property itself was OK, however pictures look better than reality. It is relatively old house. It was updated but on pictures it looks more “ luxurious” than it is in real life. Floors are not even and squeaky for example. Access to the garage is a great bonus, floor inside it, however, could be swept before the arrival of new guests. Having outdoor furniture to sit on was also nice, although we had to clean it from tree debris, when we came in. Those are maybe small details, but they make a big difference, when it comes to the first impression. Kitchen was well equipped, rooms and beds were comfortable. Linens were nice and clean. Neighborhood was quiet ( besides some barking dogs). House inside was clean, but cabinet in a half bath was rusty (?), towels had dark discoloration, shower curtain had something on it that looked like mold. Improvement is needed.”

“The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean. It is good for a large group. We stayed 2 nights. Our group total was 11 but we were not all there at the same time - each night there were a total of 6 adults. The space accommodated for it. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again. Our first night, we arrived later in the evening and while catching up, we received an alert that our noise level was being monitored and needed to keep it down. We were listening to music on the television and talking. There was no noise outside the house. This made all of us feel uncomfortable and changed our experience at the home, as we felt we couldn’t engage without fearing we were monitored . We all respected the home and rules. However, we were not aware that there was a monitoring system. inside. For us, traveling with a large group also means quality time together in the home we paid for.”

“Located in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and shops walkable from the house. When we arrived the house was mostly clean although we did find stains on bedding and towels. The towels were left in the dryer and had to be folded upon arrival. There was also hair in the bathroom and even a dirty toilet. There were also ants in the lower level shower. The house also had several furniture or other items that were chipped, broken or scratched. There are LOTS of stairs, but that is mentioned in the description. The baby gates were great and gave me peace of mind. We were never able to find street parking. The private garage on the back is nice. Just know if you have a large SUV the back alley can be a tight squeeze. All the games and entertainment were a hit with my family.”

“The area is wonderful, but this home was not what we had in mind. Started off rough as we couldn't locate it around midnight when we arrived. Every other home in the area has a clearly marked address on the building and on the driveway. This one, doesn't. Every light was off, I had figured that the owner would have left them on for us. I had already advised them I wouldn't be there until late at night. The moment we walked in the door we knew we had been cat fished. The photos are wonderful, but this place is in disrepair. the couch is old and beat up, the hot tubs absolutely filthy, wires hanging out of the wall, the end tables are falling apart, the beds are awful and lumpy, there's no Wi-Fi, there's a tv.... without any television, channels, or information. It feels like you may fall through the floor. If you weight over 100 lbs you're not fitting in a shower here. The upstairs one leaks into the downstairs bathroom. The sinks have no pressure. It was just all bad. Avoid it.”
