“The house is very cute and looks just as described in the listing. We were not aware that there were people on the lower level until we got there. Relatively clean it was dusty and the main bathroom was not very clean”

“Overall, this was a good last-minute place to stay for a night. It was a bit hard to find the correct building/entry door to get into as the different bldg. numbers were confusing.”

“1. Shower not working in 1538 2. Bedroom and bathroom doors are not getting closed in Master bedroom on 1536 first floor 3. Bedrooms are too compact 4. Few insects, spiders and cricket noticed inside home which led us to remove or kill them 5. AC is not working properly for 1534. The first floor is not cooling properly, while the basement is getting very cold.”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. We noticed what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling, and there was a persistent odor throughout the house that reminded us of Fritos. There was no dresser to store clothing, and the closet had 2-3 hangers in each closet, so we ended up buying hangers during our stay and left them behind for future guests. The floors were also very creaky, making it difficult to move around quietly for the tenants below. When we removed the sheets before checking out, we found that the mattress covers were dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also dust and mouse droppings noted in the corners of the front bedroom. The fans in the closet were covered in dust. We hope the host addresses these issues, as they would significantly improve the experience for future guests. I will say that Stacy was responsive to my messages, and she provided us with 2 air purifiers upon request due to an allergy to mold.”
