“Great location for visiting my daughter at UNC. Very short walk to campus. The home was spacious and clean for my wife and I. The bathroom is a little tight, but that should be expected on a home of this age. We arrived in a F-350 pickup and the parking was a little tight so we just parked on the street and that was easy. Great experience.”

“I was pretty disheartened by the ant infestation and all the cobwebs located on the side of my bed.”

“The house was nice, but we were short some bedding. That should be fixed for the next guest.”

“This home is HORRIBLE! NOT CLEANED AT ALL, SPIDER WEBS EVERYWHERE, stains on the carpet very dirty and dusty. The house smells very unpleasant. Messaged the home owner and no big help called the number they provide you with and all they said was we will be in touch with you shortly to resolve issue and no response back. The home is an older home understanding cracks here and there but the home is in BAD SHAPE OVERALL. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES NOR THE DESCRIPTION!”

“The house is very cute and looks just as described in the listing. We were not aware that there were people on the lower level until we got there. Relatively clean it was dusty and the main bathroom was not very clean”
