Mountain Time Vacation Rentals
4.80Visit website
Mountain Time Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.80 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We appreciated how easy and smooth the check-in process was, and the home itself was beautiful and well-appointed. However, when we arrived, there was a noticeable odor inside the house that affected our first impression. We also found a few towels that did not appear to be fully clean. While these issues were disappointing, we otherwise enjoyed the property and hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests.”airbnb

“We had bugs during our stay underneath bedsheets as well as in the sink. The pictures were as described with extra. The noise from the people above was completely inconsiderate going all day and all night. We do appreciate the accommodations for the time being but this was unacceptable. Thank you for your time.”airbnb

“This place was adequate in terms of our need for proximity to Fort Collins and downtown Loveland on graduation weekend. Given the cost, we were not necessarily satisfied with the location, quality and the poor housekeeping we encountered. The response to our concerns felt less than optimal and impersonal at times.”airbnb

“I forgot clothes there and told them the day after. They said they cleaned and didn’t find them! I told them where to look because I knew where I left them. They said they weren’t cleaning for a few days! I checked back on the 14th and they said they didn’t find them! Either the host took them or they didn’t clean good after us and the other guests after us took my clothes. These are important and expensive custom clothes that had my name on it!”airbnb

“The place had a noticeable bad smell when I message the host telling them about the smell, for a one night stay they said they could send cleaners in the morning. That’s not very helpful again when it’s a one night stay. I asked for a refund because the house had such a bad smell that I wouldn’t be able to sleep there for the night. I was told that they refused my refund because it was booked and that prevented another person staying at the home for the night.”airbnb

“The place is clean and spacious. However, there is a $35 daily fee to use the hot tub, and the beds and sleep couches are uncomfortable.”airbnb

“We had a long term stay planned here while we house hunted. Within the first 24 hours of check in we had a medical appointment where we were told we would need to be at a certain hospital in Denver for a medical emergency. We explained this to the host and she said no refund, no exceptions. We went through Airbnb for a refund exception and the host came back and offered 3 days of a refund on a month long stay. This host offered no sympathy or care for anyone as a human being going through a very tough time in life. The location is very noisy and bleak. The home itself is very loud and echoed everything; not peaceful. The community’s pool is unusable and drained with graffiti going up the stairs to the slide. There is active home construction so be aware of screws going into your tires. Make sure you have no life events if you stay here. The host doesn’t care to hear it or help you out.”airbnb

“Worse place and so unsafe and they tried to rip us off! The grill and table was gross with left over meat They cleaned and then said grill was broke Then the second night a water break out front on the block No water that night- they said 100 credit - until I called Airbnb - got a huge refund and left the rental - we checked out 3 days early The water situation was so unsafe the next day - brown I would never use this company The Airbnb supervisor said they would not reply! They are a money maker company! Tried to play me I know better - I work Airbnb Unreal!!! They could have ruined our whole trip with their unprofessional ways Oh and the blinds broke in front area so very unsafe! The lamps had no bulb The kitchen lights flickered!! Worse place!! A water issue is huge I’m going to call the health department as well so they know they are blowing off a huge issue! All they wanted to give me was a credit!! I got a full refund for the second day and they days I booked / left early”airbnb

“Terrible host. Wouldn’t recommend working with Stacy and I will never stay at any of her other rentals. No flexibility with early check in even though it was vacant and NOT being cleaned right before listed check in time. I drove all night and would have liked to check in two hours early. Unwilling to adjust check out date, I wasn’t too sure how long we would be able to stay and literally made my reservation as I was driving. I was traveling alone with my 4 kids from 17 hours away because my sister’s husband unexpectedly passed away. I needed a place to stay close by. When I requested to adjust my check out and explained the situation, I was given copy/paste information that was totally irrelevant and inconsiderate. I said okay that’s fine, whatever. As a consolation to not being able to remove one day from my reservation, she offered me a free LATE check out. ???? How freaking rude. I needed to leave one day sooner not stay longer. Know when to be flexible.”airbnb
