“The place itself was great with a reasonable rate (before the fees). But the property management group was difficult to communicate with, and the cleaning time was kind of excessive considering you’re paying 200 plus for it. Would have been nice to be able to check in an hour earlier like other local hotels were able to do. It was also impossible to get food delivered to this location after our concert. If you are looking for a late bite there really isn’t nothing around. I would say this place is more for family’s than the ones that go to the local concerts. We will most likely be staying at the hotel down the road next time we see a show at the Dillon Amp.”

“Excellent location. It could have been a little clearer with the address and building numbers.”

“The apartment is in a beautiful location! It is ideal to walk to the lake or the community playground. Or if you are in town on a Friday it is perfect for walking to the Farmers Market! You must try the cinnamon rolls and pastries from Coloradough! We also walked to Stand Up Paddle - Dillon and rented kayaks during our trip, which was a fun adventure for all. The porch is an ideal place to watch the sunsets across the lake. Now for the loss of stars from my review. The downstairs neighbor is quite vocal about any noise. Even walking in the apartment. We had the windows open and a breeze caused doors to slam and the next thing I knew he was coming into the apartment to talk to us about the noise. It was startling. The pool is also undergoing renovations and this was never disclosed to us prior to our arrival. My children were not happy with that surprise. If it had not been for the neighbor entering and the pool closure it would have been a 5 star stay!”
