This is the second time I have stayed in the exact same complex with a different host and it is absolutely beautiful there. I highly recommend the location and area to others!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

The condo was as described. We had an issue with the hot water, which was a bit of a mess because the property is located at Beaver Run, which is typically managed by the Beaver Run maintenance team, but Great Western Lodging does its own management of maintenance. We discovered this when we reached out to the front desk and maintenance at the resort, and we were then told that we had to reach out to Great Western directly. The response time from Great Western was great, but after a few hours, they said it was on Beaver Run's end, and their maintenance team was working on it, but they didn't have an estimate on the repair time. This was frustrating, as the people we were now waiting on were the first people I reached out to, who told me they couldn't help us. They eventually got the hot water working again, several hours later. This is definitely a weird setup and not something we were expecting to have to navigate on our first day there.

I booked this property specifically because it advertised hot tub and pool access, which was highlighted in the listing description, photos, and About section. I paid $150 more than comparable properties in the area precisely for this amenity, as it was meant to be a special anniversary trip with my girlfriend. Unfortunately, upon arrival and during our stay, both the hot tubs and pool were closed for maintenance. There was no prior notice from the host about this closure neither in the check-in portal, nor via message before or during our stay. The only information listed was the normal hot tub operating hours. When I asked the host for directions, we followed the instructions exactly. We got dressed, grabbed wine and the access, walked to the clubhouse in 40 degree weather, only to find everything under maintenance. This was especially disappointing on our anniversary, as we had planned our schedule around it. The host denied a refund. Questioned us and lied about it being posted

This was a great home for a girls getaway! We felt right at home. The hot tub was treat! Frisco was such a great choice on a holiday weekend! Lively town, friendly people everywhere, but not crowded at all. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!
