“Pros: - Great location, close to town and RMNP. - Beautiful home, nicely decorated. - Awesome views from the home. - Very spacious mbr, livrm, and kitchen. - Nicely stocked home (kitchen, bath, and laundry supplies) Cons: - Found an empty bottle of tequila tucked between the pillows in the downstairs bdrm. - There were dirty towels left from previous renters in downstairs bath. - Trouble starting the fireplace in the living room. Property manager (PM) was very responsive and came to the home to get it started. Prior to going to bed we lowered the temp, however, it did not work as we woke up in the middle of the night to a very hot home. Ended up having to shut it off. - Propane bottle for the outdoor fire pit was in the garage, empty. Didn't realize it till later in the evening when we tried to turn it on. - No dumpster/outdoor trash receptacle at the home. Had to drive to the PM's office to throw out the trash. Cleaning and maint. needs attention, but overall still a great stay!”

“Place was good overall - the fire place was a bit finicky and difficult to manage, kitchen was lacking some necessities, and we had a light out - but overall listing is accurate and host was responsive!”

“The convenient location and close proximity to downtown was a highlight. Once we got there we were able to leave our car and walk to the lake, to get coffee, check out shops and head to dinner! It was a positive to be able to have our dog with us at the cabin, and all of the high-use items were clean and present. It was a good budget option in town, and had all of the basic essentials. Overall, I wouldn’t say it felt like a hosted experience with more niceties like some of my favorite Airbnb stays. It seemed to be run more like a budget hotel. The communication blasts from the management company were a little much and not very nuanced to the specific cabin.”

“The location was incredible. Very private cabin nestled in the trees, right up against a private lake with canoes and kayaks to use. The views were breathtaking, and could hear elk all night. The cabin is older, which by itself is not a big deal given the location. However we would not stay here again. I would recommend bringing your own towels, blankets, and dishes. Most of the linens smelled bad, and the cabin itself smelled like mildew and cigarettes.”
