“The house was absolutely gorgeous and located in a quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes from town with amazing views of the lake and mountains. They had just about everything we could possibly need, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with every dish, pot, pan, cooking utensil, etc you might need to cook at home. They were very responsive and helpful when we contacted them. The master suite was huge and lovely. I'm sad I didn't get an opportunity to use the amazing tub! Maybe next time!”

“They make you go to at third party website and sign additional terms and conditions, demand additional information about each guest, try to sell you insurance, and tell you they won't let you check in unless you comply. All while advertising as 'instant book' on Airbnb. The booking process and requests to communicate outside of Airbnb felt intrusive and excessively complicated. Not sure why Airbnb allows this. My expectation on the platform is that 'instant book' does not require additional steps, especially when the booking is non-refundable. Nothing like starting a trip with the threat of not being allowed inside the place you just paid for. The apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay. They had most everything you would want in a vacation rental, except for shampoo / conditioner. If you ask questions they just refer you to their own website. Then they try to get you to book directly with them in the future.”
