“The location was incredible; the patio overlooking the river/creek was very peaceful. The downtown was even closer than imagined (safe 1-2 minute walk with sidewalks) and had great atmosphere and restaurants. The inside of condo is in desperate need of at least minimal updates as the bed was unsleepable, and the chair and carpet were old, stained and falling apart. Musty oder throughout. The kitchen and most of the bathroom were clean (some mold growing on ceiling in shower). Overall, great location and loved the town and all of the hiking but would not stay in this condo again. Also missing the personal touch of air bnbs that are privately owned. Lesson learned.”

“WARNING — Location was completely misrepresented The location shown on the map of the Airbnb listing was not the actual location of the property. The map on the listing showed a location in downtown Grand Lake village but was approximately 8 minutes away with the address we were provided the day before check-in. We chose this property based on its advertised location and the ability to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and the public beach (with young kids). The actual property was not walkable to anything and was in a completely different location than what we understood when booking. Had the listing accurately represented the property’s location, we would not have booked it. The accommodations were fine but for what I paid for where it was, we could have found a nicer spot. Guests should be aware that the map/location shown on the listing does not reflect where you will be staying which is 8 minutes south of Grand Lake Village on 34.”

“Great location close to grand lake and just next to the Colorado river. We had a very relaxing weekend traveling to town to just hanging at the house! Would definitely come back!”
