Vacasa in Granby, Colorado

“Overall a nice place to stay but the house is showing its share of wear and tear from what I assume is perpetual renter using the space. I had two issues with the stay. One, the automated email received a couple days before check-in promised to send an access code prior to check in time. That email never came and I had to request it via the chat. I would expect that this should happen as promised and not have to reach out. Second, the previous renter clearly smoked in the house and in particular the primary bedroom. It took some deliberate airing out to get the smell to go away. This made the first night unpleasant.”

“We had a horrible customer service experience communicating with Vacasa and AirB&B trying to cancel our reservation. We finally were refunded, but only after spending hours on the phone with multiple agents at AirB&B and Vacasa while trying to also enjoy our family vacation. It was more than stressful. Next time we will book directly through the condo. Vacasa was not helpful to our situation and kept telling us to contact AirB&B even though AirB&B told us to contact Vacasa. (We finally were refunded. Thank you Aman at AirB&B!)”

“Wonderful stay for all my 6 teens. They each had their own bed and own private space. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to accompany 8 people easily. The trail behind the house is stunning. The host was very responsive and the place was nice and tidy! Walking distance into town as well as a quick drive to get groceries. Loved it here!”

“Great location. Close to one of the lifts and the walk is easy (no big climbs, stairs or major road crossings). Jacuzzi was very close by as well. Trash is close by. Parking is convenient and no steps between the car and front door. It’s a bit cramped inside. After opening sofa, there’s no room to move the coffee table. Plan on closing sofa bed every morning. Fridge is a bit loud, toaster can use an upgrade, one bathroom door doesn’t close right, few lights were out, code to the front door is 10 digits which is not very practical for day to day use. Overall it’s fine, but can be better.”
