Vacasa in Granby, Colorado

“We had a horrible customer service experience communicating with Vacasa and AirB&B trying to cancel our reservation. We finally were refunded, but only after spending hours on the phone with multiple agents at AirB&B and Vacasa while trying to also enjoy our family vacation. It was more than stressful. Next time we will book directly through the condo. Vacasa was not helpful to our situation and kept telling us to contact AirB&B even though AirB&B told us to contact Vacasa. (We finally were refunded. Thank you Aman at AirB&B!)”

“Luxury at its finest. If you’re like me and value privacy, this place delivers—secluded hot tub, peaceful setting, and still an incredible second-floor view that feels both open and protected. The home was spotless and incredibly convenient—less than a minute drive to the supermarket and Starbucks, under 5 minutes to Granby Ranch for skiing, and about 20 minutes to Winter Park for more skiing and great après options. We had a minor issue with the hot tub (no fault of the host), and they were extremely responsive and quick to fix it, which we really appreciated. The views are unbeatable—overlooking the golf course and skyline, especially at sunset. One unexpected highlight was the steam shower (not sure it was even listed), but it was amazing after a long day of skiing. Now my husband insists we need one at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, private getaway with top-tier amenities and an unbeatable location.”

“Wonderful stay for all my 6 teens. They each had their own bed and own private space. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to accompany 8 people easily. The trail behind the house is stunning. The host was very responsive and the place was nice and tidy! Walking distance into town as well as a quick drive to get groceries. Loved it here!”

“Great location. Close to one of the lifts and the walk is easy (no big climbs, stairs or major road crossings). Jacuzzi was very close by as well. Trash is close by. Parking is convenient and no steps between the car and front door. It’s a bit cramped inside. After opening sofa, there’s no room to move the coffee table. Plan on closing sofa bed every morning. Fridge is a bit loud, toaster can use an upgrade, one bathroom door doesn’t close right, few lights were out, code to the front door is 10 digits which is not very practical for day to day use. Overall it’s fine, but can be better.”

“Was prepared to give our 4 night stay a 5-stars review for the convenience and welcome of the home. However, our few inconveniences prevents me from doing so……… 1. Beds were EXTREMELY hard and firm. 2. Several lamps’ lightbulbs were out. I reached out to Vacasa and they simply said they would inform the local managers but new lightbulbs were never brought over. 3. In the 3 bedroom, plus loft house for 8 people were only 2 tvs. When we tried to access the downstairs tv, it required a PIN code so we could not utilize it. I reached out to Vacasa who at first stated that the tv’s were local cable only. That was not accurate as both tv’s were smart tv’s with many apps installed. They then stated that they would reach out to the local managers to remedy the situation so that we could use the downstairs tv, however, I was never contacted past that. Very disappointed in the local hosts/managers assistance. But the house itself was very comfortable and convenient.”
