“Great location for our visit to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Convenient to gas stations, hiway access and the resort. The owner's manual did have a thorough orientation to the home and large yard. Warnings about bears. So, the last night we were there - 2:10 am - heard a noise near where my truck was parked - so I got up for a look. Mr. Bear was pushing the garbage can down the driveway towards the street. Having a ball. The lid lock held. Then, the bear gave the can one good whack with their front arm and sent the can flying. Mad. Walked off. Scouted the yard later on for my dogs. Safe. Place was clean and well equipped for your stay. Laundry equipent was convenient for clean-up. Would stay again.”

“I hate leaving a poor review, this is my first non-5-star review, but future guests should know what to expect. The front yard was extremely overgrown compared to neighboring homes, and the house had a strong musty odor that gave us headaches. Even our clothes smelled like the house afterward. There were laminated rules posted throughout the home, including an “Owner’s Room” door, which was odd enough that we had to confirm no one else was staying there. The grill utensils were dirty, and the backyard grass was so tall our dog struggled to use it, despite signs warning guests they’d be fined for not picking up waste. The property manager disputed our concerns, but after reviewing the photos we provided, Airbnb agreed to issue us a partial refund. The location is great, but the condition of the property and how our concerns were handled did not justify the price. I wouldn’t stay here again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.”

“We were visiting to celebrate a family event. This house was spacious enough for family dinners and watching the World Cup games together! We had grandparents, parents and children traveling and staying together. Everyone’s needs were accommodated in the way the house was set up.”
