This was a poor experience and basically this home, in the condition we found it, should not be rent-able. A summary of some of the issues. Extreme mildew in master bath shower, master bath tub had significant leak causing water on floor (unsafe), up and down guest showers were not clean, down guest bath fan inoperable, up guest bath shower had very low water pressure, kitchen - none of the under counter lights worked, stove top light switch broken, oven not working properly (only heated to 200 deg), coffee maker extremely dirty and unusable. Carpets were dirty with several human hair balls found, used Kleenex’s found on one of sofas.

The location was great and the place itself was as described. A few things that made the experience less than ideal 1) the summit mountain rental Airbnb account was compromised/hacked and a phishing attempt was sent to me. Since it was sent through Airbnb messaging, I assumed the link was legit. It was not. Even worse than comprising my personal info was the really poor communication about the matter. I have several messages where I asked follow up questions that were simply left unanswered. 2) I came here with my two kids who love to swim. The swimming pool was not heated and very cold. Basically unusable. 3) the digital lock to get in was really finicky. Worked about half the time. Overall, the location was great but I would stay here again.

We love Frisco, first time staying in this unit, but it was amazing. If anything, the pictures and descriptions didn’t do it justice. Great sleeping accommodations for our family of 5. Nicely equipped kitchen. The only negative was the WiFi was very unreliable, I contacted every day and never got it resolved. It impacted the TV service as well. We wouldn’t have minded but cellular in the mountains isn’t always great. The gas grill needs to be replaced.

Place was amazing. Plenty of space, modern, great location. We arrived an hour early and sat in the driveway even though there was not a cleaning crew present or anyone inside. Would not provide the access code until exactly 4:00 by text. I totally understand that we were early but the townhouse was obviously ready…just made us wait.

The condo is supposed to sleep 8 yet only has enough cups for 4 people. Cheap kitchen utensils and limited utensils. No pizza slicer or ice cream scoop. The condo location is right next to Walmart which has a pond/park behind it. Homeless people all over the park and loiter in the street near condo. Master bedroom had no screens in the windows and didn’t want to leave windows open due to birds all over. Speaking of birds, massive amounts of bird poop were on the patio and no chairs were even on the patio. No complimentary laundry detergent and dryer made an awful howling noise. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Too many other nice places in the Frisco area which are even cheaper.
