“Loved it! Have stayed all over Summit County and you just can’t beat this location. Amazing access to hiking right out the front door. Close to shops. Close to interstate. Updated kitchen. Keep an eye out for the big white mountain goats climbing Mt. Royal if you stay here.”

“The home was beautiful and in a great setting. Plenty of space for the group to spread out in the house. We even had a moose visit a couple evenings to eat from the trees just off the back patio.”

“Summit mountain was very responsive. However when the boiler went out, we had to deal with the situation through summit mountain. We let the contractor in the next day. Had to wait several hours once it was repaired just to shower the bathtub/ shower in the upstairs is cracked and causing damage to the ceiling below. it has obviously been this way for sometime by the past stains. Cieling fans and shelving were dusty, old food drippings in the refrigerator. The neighbors deck is level with the living quarters and when people are out there you get to be part of the conversation. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay and opted to leave early.”
