This is an amazing safe and dog friendly unit for women travelers or families. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that enables you to walk in the early mornings and evenings to and from the restaurants a few blocks away and on long dog walks through the neighborhood. The house was within a couple of blocks of several dog friendly hiking trails and the main bike path that connects to the Breck trails and across the Dillon dam. There is a fenced in private yard and great second story balcony with a large grill and outside dinner table. The balcony had a great 190 view of the mountain range. The house was clean with new towels and very comfortable beds and bedding. The washing machine and dryer were new and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plentiful supplies such as coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, seasonings, and the kitchen was stocked with gadgets and great kitchen appliances that all worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The studio was just as described and shown in the photos and we felt right at home. Despite the good weather, we also appreciated the assigned spot in the parking garage. Above all, we loved the location and how we could walk to restaurants and shopping.

We went with another family of 4 and it worked well for us. The kids had the run of the basement and both sets of parents had their own rooms and bathrooms. The ceiling fan in the living room definitely helped keep the place cool. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer in the basement even though the listing said there was none. The only drawback was that there wasn’t any place to put the unrefrigerated food other than on the counters. I didn’t have much communication with the rental office, but they accidentally gave us a wrong key and garage door opener. They were supposed to come by the next morning to swap them out but never did. I had to go back to the office to do it myself. Fortunately they are close so it wasn’t too inconvenient. We loved the outdoor seating areas and even got to grill and dine on the front porch. We loved the proximity of the pool and hot tubs. We were grateful that they had portable fans in each bedroom. We would definitely do it again.

The descriptive title uses the word “luxurious”. The house is nice and in a nice location, but nothing else was luxurious. They gave us extremely cheap tissue, Toilet paper, soap etc. The beds are uncomfortable and the top floor is overly warm in the summer. This was furnished more like a college dorm rather than a high priced luxurious home in a tourist area. It doesn’t cost that much more to furnish a nice home like this with just moderately good tissue and amenities. Better beds and better linens are necessary to call yourself luxurious. We had a few minor inconveniences that the management company addressed in fairly good time, but only if we asked. It is obvious that the property is not inspected by management very often. Check-in at 4pm but check-out at 10 am is also inconvenient. Next time I will find another place to stay.
