“Couldn’t be happier with our stay at Frias. The unit was right on the river which was so nice to wake up to each morning. Sun came up over the mountains around 7:30am. The deck was fantastic for drinks and a snack. Extremely convenient to downtown, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Parking was very easy and convenient. The unit actually seemed much bigger than the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. If I were to come back to Aspen I would not think twice about where I was going to stay.”
