Effortless Stay in Fraser, Colorado

“Nice place, but could use a deep cleaning. Peaceful and quiet area. We would stay again.”

“Has great potential. Unfortunately it was not clean and the carpets are dirty with a few wet areas. Not sure if it was from previous pet as the place had a really funky smell. They offered to send a cleaning crew over but I had already cleaned.”

“Unfortunately the hot tub was turned off when we go there and did not notice it until Saturday night. We had to turn it on and only Got up to 89 degrees”

“The townhome was very comfortable for our family of five. We were disappointed there is not a disclosure on the listing of the construction on the back and front of the townhome. It starts early and is very loud. There’s no air conditioning and opening windows is not a good idea with the dirt and dust flying up from the construction surrounding the townhome.”
