“A very lovely place to stay! Great Mountain view, particularly from the hot tub. The living spaces are very nice, but the place has a bit of a corporate feel. That is very evident in the communication. Every time they reached out it came with a reminder of how much they would charge for mistakes made at the property. There was a sense of having to walk on egg shells there due to the worry the corporation behind the place was looking for any reason to add a charge on top.”

The unit itself was very spacious- perfect for our group to each have enough space and not feel on top of each other! The location is perfectly walkable to everything! “The space was exactly how they said, and was gorgeous! Their response time was in 20 min was like they said, and their recommendations for dining and coffee were excellent. Garage was easy, nice area to run in in the morning, walkable to Coors, very easy to get to Boulder and Ft Collins ... we would and will stay there again!”

“We will never again stay in a property managed by Effortless Stay. When we arrived, the house reeked of pot smoke. It was so bad we both had stinging eyes, tingling sinuses, and scratchy throats. We contacted Effortless Stay and they were polite but refused to do anything. No additional cleaning, no air purifier, no anything. They wouldn't even send someone out to verify our claim. The shame of it is that this actually is a pretty good place. Well furnished, comfy beds, good sheets and towels, convenient location, pretty quiet. But it is hard to enjoy it through watering eyes and scratchy throats. After three days of airing out with windows open and fans on, despite low night temperatures, the place became tolerable. We could still smell the smoke, but at least we no longer had health reactions. Not that Effortless Stay did anything to help us get there. All we got from them was a polite version of "go pound sand." For our future trips to Denver, we will avoid any property they manage.”

“The location of this property is really good, but the property is not up to par. My son was hit on the head by the hottub cover because the stand was broken. He is still suffering from headaches and sore neck. The house was dirty when we arrived and we spent half a day getting in reasonably clean. The kitchen ware was so old and battered it would not even be sold in a yardsale. Frankly we decided to leave a day early.”
