“The house was well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The layout is great with the exception that the bedrooms are all located on the side closest to the main road so the traffic was a little noisy for part of the night. Nothing that a sound machine or earplugs couldn’t handle though. Was thankful for the ceiling fans in the top floor bedrooms and living room. There are nice bike paths right outside the unit. The Grill had a plate instead of the usual rack which worked for our purposes but might not for someone trying to get grill marks on food. There were lots of board/card games in the unit as well. We never felt crowded with 8 people.”

“This has got to be one of the most beautiful places to stay and it’s so close to everything in winter park. Me and my friends had a great time at trestle bike park and it was even more amazing to come back to such a relaxing cozy house. There is so many different amenities in this house and everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would 100% recommend this property for a get away in the mountains. And don’t forget there’s plenty of room for your friends or family!”

“Kyle’s place was just as described and was a nice clean place to stay. The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a bonus we really appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed. There were plenty of towels for use in the kitchen, the bathrooms and towels for the hot tub. There were a few games in the living room and we had fun playing a couple with our granddaughter. The location was easy to find and was within playing distance of the lakes where we rented kayaks to put in the shadow of the mountain lake. We also were happy we had the added security of being able to park our car in the garage. If you rent this place you will not be disappointed. It’s far enough away from the crowds and still close enough to enjoy the surrounding areas for play.”

“Can’t complain about anything. House was furnished well and kitchen had everything we needed. 5 bathrooms was a highlight. Convenient location and beautiful view from hot tub.”
