“This home in Fairplay was truly my definition of a private getaway. The home was pretty clean- could use a good deep cleaning. The location was absolutely beautiful! -A forewarning about the road leading to the house• as we expected was a caliche road but has not been graded in a very long time so it was VERY bumpy! Overall this was a WONDERFUL home!”
