“Perfect getaway for our family of five and dog. It’s off the beaten path and we saw elk and moose on our drive to the cabin. Not too far to drive into Fairplay and Breck is just under an hour. We rented e-bikes and cycled up towards Vail Pass one day and hiked Pika Trail another. All around just what we wanted.”

“Beautiful cabin setting. Very secluded and peaceful. Some minor inconveniences with no working lights in the basement bathroom and in one of the bedrooms, plus a fire alarm that needed to be reset every 12 hours or it would beep consistently. Host communication was responsive to these, but said they would send out a handyman the same day to address early in the week, and yet we dealt with it the entire week. We love the FairPlay area, but would probably look for a different cabin next time.”

“There is a beautiful hike called Pika trail about 15 minutes away that’s private and absolutely beautiful. Other than that, great host, the house was very clean, and check in and checkout were very simple.”
