“We were very happy with the accommodations. The place was very clean and the layout worked well for our group. It’s very convenient to have a washer and dryer available after a day of hiking. We could hear the rail from the apartment and it was constantly running but it wasn’t so loud as to disrupt our sleep with the windows open. Checkout was absolutely seamless as nothing was required of us for clean up. Garage parking was available so it was nice not having to try and find an overnight parking spot. The only complaint with that is that a garage door opener wasn’t provided so we had to hop out of the car and use the small door to physically push the garage door button. The location felt very safe and there were many restaurants within walking distance.”

“A very lovely place to stay! Great Mountain view, particularly from the hot tub. The living spaces are very nice, but the place has a bit of a corporate feel. That is very evident in the communication. Every time they reached out it came with a reminder of how much they would charge for mistakes made at the property. There was a sense of having to walk on egg shells there due to the worry the corporation behind the place was looking for any reason to add a charge on top.”

“Our key code did not work upon arrival and since cell service is limited, we had to drive back down about 5 minutes until we had a signal to call. However, they immediately changed the code and it worked when we got back to the house. The WiFi was not working upon arrival either, but they came the next day to get it back on line. Otherwise we had a great stay. Beautiful location. True to description if you have someone in your party who doesn’t do well with stairs! Great location to be able travel to different places in the area and then have a nice private mountain getaway to return to at the end of the day.”

“The address is a bit tricky - when you put it in Google wants to take you to Cross Timbers - which it is - but was confusing for us and our delivery person. Great spot, tons of space. The master is huge so make sure you figure out who is sleeping there ahead of time! Deck furniture could be more robust for how nice the deck/view is. Comfortable and spacious. Great for two family with two kids each.”
