“We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described and set up perfectly for our multi-generational family (ranging from a 5-week-old to an 84-year-old). What we loved about our stay: Great Layout: Putting the baby, toddler, mom, and grandma in the basement gave us the quiet space needed for nap times without waking the rest of the house. Family & Kid Friendly: The kitchen was fully stocked with toddler dishes, plasticware, and a high chair. We also made great use of the wagon in the garage to pack up for trips to the park. Fun Extras & Location: Being able to walk to the park was a huge highlight—we played pickleball for 2.5 hours! Having bikes and a small cooler available in the garage was a nice touch. It was also just 7 minutes from family in Severance, making it the perfect base for our grandson's 1st birthday celebration. Note for future guests: The yard space is small, which worked fine for our setup, but older kids who want to run around outside might find it a bit”

“I will book this location again when I return to Fort Collins. We try and walk 4-5 miles each day and the proximity to the Poudre River trail was a huge bonus. Walking to and from Old Town was also a very easy 1 mile walk. The space itself is all we needed. It’s a small kitchen area. We did not intend to cook though so no matter. We did enjoy our coffee every morning and was glad to have the Kuerig single serve maker. The shower puts out plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. Parking was great. We were there during a huge bicycle event. Parking was impossible in the entire area but not a problem for us with private spaces right out the door of our little house. All in all, we look forward to returning to FoCo and returning to this property when we do.”
