Effortless Stay in Eagle, Colorado

“we were in town for a sports tournament at the Eagle County Fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. 5 mins from the fields. The July week we were there was VERY hot, and the AC units in the upstairs bedrooms were much appreciated (and worked well). The rest of the house was pretty easy to keep cool, and there were several fans provided. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. We appreciated the Roku TV and used it almost every night. The hosts were responsive when we had questions.”

“Pros, it is nice and very well stocked. We loved having so much of the things you normally run out of toilet paper, paper towels, trash sacks, etc… It’s easy to find and easy to access. The parking is good. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well and the beds are comfortable. Cons, the place has a nice trail to walk, but the residents that live down the way have trashed it. The neighbors to the left if you are facing the door. They live there. They smoked marijuana out front late at night and it filled our condo through the open windows. One of their men they had over urinated off the back balcony. My husband was outside on our balcony and said he never acknowledged him. The wind blew the pee onto our bottom balcony. We had to tell our daughter she wasn’t allowed to sit out there. During the day we were all gone except my father. He said one of the girls had another guy over and preceded to have very loud “relations” that were clearly heard in our condo.”
