“We had an awesome time at your place. Easy check-in and checkout. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to soak in the jacuzzi tub after a long day. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub and they were perfect. We saw Elk in the field right before you get to the condo a couple of times. I do suggest that the couch in the living room either be replaced or switched with the one upstairs. You literally fall into it and it is hard to get up from. Other than that we had an amazing time. “Great location! Cascade falls and Engineer mountain hikes minutes away and only 45 minutes from Silverton area hikes like Ice Lake and Columbine hike. Of course Purgatory mountain bike and other activities minutes away as well. Amenities like hot tub, pool, and billiards were great for our kids. No AC on hot 80* days was a bit hard, but expected, just could use some more fans. A few check-in and cleaning issues being a new property, but I trust will be addressed with responsive owner. Overall it was a great condo, great view, great location, and great amenities.”

“location was beautiful, quiet neighbors, very peaceful lots of humming birds. there was container but it was broken my granddaughter wanted the hummingbirds to come to balcony. Kitchen was good lots of dishes, with pots n pans. some dishes we had to wash it looks like there washed in the dishwasher. Kids bunk beds were wobbly. Bed room upstairs had old blood stains on sheets, pillows need to be replaced. Door to the bathroom upstairs needs to be replaced no privacy you could see through. I have bad knees so I would have to through the back door so I don't walk the stairs from the parking lot. when we got there the heater was on, window on the 2nd floor on the right side does not open, granddaughter loved the moose,also loved the dog pictures. overall not very far to Silverton n Durango. We used grill by the pool, kids had a blast in the pool till one kid that was there threw up so we left. Btw to many mosquitoes maybe because of the pond that was o. the property.”
