“The only upsetting thing was that the pool which was supposed to be heated, and the two spas were down for repair and I booked the location specifically to have access to those amenities so that was kind of disappointing”

“We received a text saying the unit was cleaned and available early. The unit was not touched since the last people left. The King Bed was unmade, dirty towels were on the floor. The bathroom was not cleaned either and there is goop on the dining room table. The kitchen sink was dirty & there was a glass in the living room. The kitchen sink leaks. The shower door is off the track. Living room furniture is grimy. The customer service team was unable to help. The 800# said someone local would contact me but no one ever did. The messages were excessive and seemed robotic. I spent over an hour when we arrived trying to resolve. Very disappointed with Vacasa. We stayed here last year and don’t plan to go back. The Queen & Twin beds are lumpy. We’ve stayed in plenty of Airbnbs but will never rent with Vacasa again. I hope this message finds the owners.”
