“As I would love to rate everything 5 stars I cannot since we were unable to stay in the place we booked. Communication was horrible... 2 days before our stay and we're told it was unavailable. We booked our stay 50 days out and were given 2 days to be given a choice of another condo with a different company or a refund. At that point the only choice we had was to take the "comparable" condo since it was a holiday weekend and we were already traveling with little service to find another option. Nothing else was offered for the BIG inconvenience and stress that was put on last minute, just an email stating "We regret to inform you that the local property manager for your upcoming vacation rental has just informed us that the property you requested is not available for your dates of stay." The place we were put in was outdated. The bed was rock hard and no ventilation in the bedroom. The heat stayed on 75 regardless of where you put it and the room was a furnace, no fan or anything to offset the heat. For the amount of money spent for 2 days, 2 people it was not worth it. I can only hope this listing was better for whomever was staying in it.”

“This was a great place for a quick ski trip!! It was the perfect size for just me, access to the mountain was about a 5 min walk across the parking lot, you could hardly get closer, especially for the price. It was clean and well put together. Check in and check out was quick and easy. It was also really easy to get to and from so you could make a quick run into Silverthorne/Dillon if you needed to.”

“This condo is truly in the perfect location, walking distance to the gondola in Keystone. The renovated features make it feel quite homey and cozy inside, and the balcony is beautiful being on the 4th floor, the views of the mountains are fantastic (unless its smoky out which it was for 2 of our 3 days and we could barely see anything) We would definitely stay here again, though. Here are the few negatives, however: The only two issues we had were that a bunch of flies found their way into the unit before we arrived and we had extreme difficulty getting them out. Secondly, the check-in process was a bit of a challenge, as we were directed to the address you provided in your confirmation email, but once there, a sign was on the door saying that the check in location was changed (and has been for some many months due to COVID). Having the correct information ahead of time would have saved us some time in arrival. The elevators in the property at Keystone are extremely slow, so be prepared to wait or make extra trips if you have a lot of luggage with you. We were missing hand soap in both the bathroom and the kitchen sink. Finally, the gym in the property is in poor shape. It has all damaged equipment and was essentially un-usable.”
