“We are a family of 5 (2 teens, 1 young adult) traveling from Texas for summer vacation. The location of this home was in relatively close proximity to many activities that we planned (Breckenridge recreation center, ice skating, hiking, Leadville Railroad, Country Boy Mine). The Dillon Reservoir water level was low while we were there, but it still contributed to gorgeous views from the porch and living room. The home is located in a subdivision and is close to nearby restaurants and grocery stores . The hot tub was a fun gathering place for us in the evenings and the kitchen supplies were sufficient to cook many meals. Overall, this place met our needs for a successful family vacation - we would consider staying here again if visiting Dillon.”
