“Decent place but did not like the fact the heat is connected to all the units in the duplex so you cannot change the temp it’s just set on like 70 degrees at all times and the air conditioning consists of 1 bedroom window unit and a floor unit in the living room. The washer and dryer is shared and located in the basement and the washer was broken for the last week we were there while waiting on a part to be shipped in that kind of was a bummer but overall it’s a quite ,clean and had everything you’d need. They could use to up grade the TV though to a bigger one. There’s only one tv and it’s located in the living room and it’s only maybe 42’ at best so having a bigger tv would definitely help the place out.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment was well-stocked and comfortable, so I felt right at home. In addition, the location is amazing. There are grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and park all nearby.”

“Great spot! Our favorite location in Denver near the park, grocery stores (plural!), bars, and restaurants. It was smaller than we imagined but we really enjoyed our long stay. It was cozy and quiet, clean and well-stocked, and Ben was super responsive and helpful!”
