“This was the PERFECT place to stay during my time in Denver! Close enough to the downtown to be accessible. Right next to a lovely park, lots of thrift stores and cafes. Had SO much fun at this place! The apartment had everything and Ben was such an incredible host!”

The natural light is wonderful in this apartment. There is so much storage with the large closet in the bathroom. It is a super safe and walkable area including City Park and lots of restaurants on 17th. Couldn’t say enough good things about this place!”

“The entry areas, hallways and staircases were badly in need of new carpets or better yet, no carpets. There was always a musty smell in these common areas. The apartment itself was as described. The location was excellent, love the city park area! Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly.”
