“I would NOT recommend this Airbnb, especially the basement unit. I stayed for several months and dealt with ongoing maintenance, safety, security, and living-condition issues. The basement has poor air circulation. Management only provided an AC after I contacted Airbnb and would not install a ceiling fan until I threatened to escalate again. In winter, another unit controls the heat. There is no natural light, ceilings are extremely low, and the Wi-Fi was so poor I had to buy my own service. You can hear footsteps, conversations, and nearly everything upstairs. There were insects, rodent traps, trash issues, and an overgrown yard. Most seriously, a bathroom door I had previously asked to be repaired malfunctioned and TRAPPED ME INSIDE; the FIRE DEPARTMENT had to open it. My wallet and $1,700 of football equipment were stolen, and someone tried to steal my $1,100 e-bike. There were no cameras covering the front or rear parking area. I canceled my stay and would NOT recommend this unit.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this place and the host was great! We were on a work trip and this place was not only super cute and cozy but I was very well equipped for a long stay literally had everything we needed. It’s located in a great neighborhood and very safe, there is a beautiful park literally across the street and there is so much to do near by. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver!”
