“Upon arrival we noticed dryers in the hallway for a water leak. The leak progressed through the next several days, finally pouring water into our condo all over our belongings while we were out exploring. They let the contractors in without letting us know. Beware the building needs lots of repairs and you might be displaced during your stay.”

“Normally love staying here, but there is construction and ongoing works in the building at the moment. No notice was provided in advance. Noise and ongoing disruptions made the stay uncomfortable and there were multiple requests that were disruptive to my stay. Still waiting to be made whole for these issues. Overall they've been responsive to help resolve some of the issues, but it would've been better if they didn't rent out this room to begin with. Not fit for someone to stay in atm.”

“Great apartment in the up-and-coming LoFi area of Denver. We really enjoyed walking the neighborhood for great breakfasts, cute bars, and easy access to downtown and the river. The only gripe was that the HUGE television in the living room wouldn't work and we had to leave to find World Cup broadcasts. Oh well”

“The condo was clean. The shower however, had no pressure and could not use it. The parking spot that was given was in a corner next to a pillar. My SUV did not fit at all and could not reassign. Street parking is impossible in the evening hours.”

“Code for unit didn't work initially but was quickly resolved Last night a party broke out on floor above at 10:45 pm with Extremely loud music for about 45 minutes Unit was very clean Shower was best I’ve ever had in a hotel or Air BNB based on water pressure. Unit was managed by a large commercial real estate firm not a private owner so all communication was from someone out of state / off site. Unit was fine, but upon entering building a pervasive strong odor existed in lobby. I work in flooring and hospitals and accustomed to strong cleaning / disinfecting odors - this was chemical in nature but totally different and a bit disconcerting.”
