“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The home had several cleanliness issues when we arrived, including dirt buildup around the doors, floors that did not appear to have been mopped, and significant dust around fixtures and appliances. We also encountered several maintenance concerns. Some door jambs were not properly secured, and we found concerning issues with two of the beds. The center support on the top bunk appeared to be held together with black tape, and another bed had a significant sag in the middle with an improperly secured support underneath. Since we were traveling with children, the bunk-bed issue was especially concerning. We did report these issues to the host and provided photos. The host acknowledged that the cleanliness and bed-support concerns were serious and said they would be addressed. We made the best of our stay, but based on the condition of the property, we would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are properly addressed.”
