Vacasa is a large company that cares about one thing. Money. They have no concern for future returns or if people are going to use AirBnB again because I’ll do neither. My son came down with pneumonia prior to our trip and Vacasa couldn’t care less. They wouldn’t refund us any of our money and wouldn’t be helpful at all.

We got locked out bc the electronic keypad works for locking, but no unlocking. We called our “host” 8+ times over a 15 hour period - they are not a host, they are a call center overseas. Their only response was “we understand your frustration, a local host will be with you shortly.” That was all they could say and wouldn’t deviate from a script. At 10:30 pm we gave up on them and booked a hotel. We were separated from all of our clothes, belongings, toothbrushes, computers, phone chargers, etc. at 9am the next morning someone finally said they could meet us there. They said they were having “issues” programming the lock. By far and away, the most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication.
