“The condo was in a perfect location on Mt Crested Butte with beautiful views and a short drive to downtown. The lock to get in can be very finicky, and the instructions provided by the host were not completely accurate. They appeared to be a standard set of instructions they copy and paste for all of the units they manage. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The gps didn't direct you to the condo. It would be nice to say, directly across from the Grand Lodge and behind The Store. First street to the left behind the Store. Name was not on building. It also should be noted that it was on the third floor. There were two sets of instructions to get you in the door and they were conflicting. The contact person gave the wrong instructions as well. Apartment is nice.”

“This is a company, not a local hose. Right when we got there needed to shower. Primary shower has a channel drain and it was clogged so badly the shower turned into a bath and almost flooded. Had to finish shower in the other shower only to find the faucet pulled off from the wall exposing the copper pipe. Messaged host that we need issues fixed ASAP so we could bathe! They said to contact the "local team." I did that and never hard back till end of the next day. Luckily I'm a home owner and have addressed these issues many times, so I fixed it myself. Other than that, place was super clean and views are fantastic!”

“The room was really bad. We camped the first night and that was cleaner than staying at this place. Bugs on the pillow, mouse poop, mold in the bathroom, staining all over the carpet, broken glass, an outlet had a metal broken piece sticking out of it (dangerous!) and to top it off I sent them the photos of the bugs they said they’d send someone to help us no one came and then I sent them all of the other photos of all the nasty and dangerous things and they never responded or offered to fix anything. Don’t stay here. It’s the cheapest hotel, but not worth it.”
