“Awesome place to crash for a few days with friends while we rode the Copper Triangle bike ride. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was located in a quieter area of Copper Mountain, but still an easy walk to Center Village. The only thing I didn’t like was the check-in/check-out process because we had to pick up and drop off keys in the next town over (Frisco). While Bighorn Rentals made this process as easy as possible, it would have been great to be able to pick up keys in Copper or utilize electronic locks so no keys would have been required.”

“I waited 3 days to write this to see if Bighorn stepped up and did the right thing. The condo fit our needs with nice views. Copper Mountain system was down all weekend; therefore, we were not able to use our keys at all. We had to be let in each time we left the condo, often waiting as much as 30 minutes. Though not directly Bighorn's fault, they handled the situation poorly. Zero acknowledgement of the issue or offering any compensation for the inconvenience our entire stay. We paid for the use of the condo without any encumbrance and did not receive it. Shame on Bighorn for not compensating renters for not having access to our unit freely. We come here yearly and will not use any condo managed by Bighorn in the future. Bighorn had a chance to do what's correct but chose not to.”

“Great place! Stayed here in the summer with my family of 5. The space was the perfect combination of affordable and practical for our family. Full kitchen was great for meals. Great location with activities for kids. Our kids loved the hot tubs/pool. Love the proximity and walkability to Copper Mtn activities. Easy drive to Frisco and Breck. Would 100% stay here again.”
