“Albeit the lodging was nice and as advertised, there was an attempted break-in. While the management company was accessible, they were dismissive of my concerns over safety. The local law authorities were contacted, but the management company did not do much to appease my angst. A handyman did come to fix the broken locks, but I was told that the METAL locks and latches were broken by wind and natural disasters.”

“Great location - joke was that it is 10min to everywhere you want to go. Can walk to downtown. Backyard is very relaxing. Stayed for ~1mo and worked from there - nice desk setup for comfortable work experience. MTM was responsive when I had couple questions. Comfortable setup.”

“This was a great Airbnb! My wife and I really enjoyed the hot tub, grill, putting green, and other amenities. The location was great with a good amount of places to walk to and felt safe during our stay. The host was very communicative and even put in a working desk when I mentioned I work remote. They were very accommodating. Would definitely come back!”

The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. The location was ideal and It really felt welcoming and well cared for. One thing to note: the listing didn’t mention that there is a unit above, so you may hear some occasional noise from upstairs. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but it’s something future guests might want to be aware of. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.”
