“Park has homeless people at night. Cars with homeless people living in them. Park all day and night near unit. Sheer window coverings except one bedroom with one darkening curtain. Outside maintenance cleaning needed. (Dog waste , and Laundry room and stairs dirty). Bedrooms have no TV ‘s. Smell of dirty floors . Pictures on listing are not of this unit. Kitchen was great! But overall did not feel safe.”

“Overall my stay was good! Checking in was challenging as the lock was missing a battery. The door was unlocked and the key provided was not the key for the apartment. After that everything went pretty smooth! Lark is super responsive!”

“My daughter stayed here for 3 months while working at an internship in Colorado Springs. The location was walkable to coffee shops and downtown! And convenient to so much. We had a little trouble communicating with the mgmt company at the beginning. But not enough to reduce the overall experience!! We would definitely stay with this group again!”

“I stayed here for a two-month reservation during the summer and while it wasnt a vad location or place I was still disappointed The biggest problem was that there was no in-unit air conditioning when I arrived. During the summer in Colorado Springs, that made the unit very uncomfortable. I contacted the host right away, but it took several days before a window A/C unit was installed. Even after the installation, and with a fan running, the indoor temperature still stayed around 80°F, so it was never really comfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here during the summer but id you do being extra fans so youre not suffering from a heat stroke I also found out the place had a mice problem towards the end.”
