“We were staying 3 months. The mgmt company is unwilling or unable to provide basic information and assistance, and has to contact the owner for all questions, which then takes another 24 hours for a reply. 1. Check-in instructions were incorrect and we only got into the building because another resident held the door open. 2. The parking instructions were incorrect. It took a week of constant back and forth to confirm the details. Had to take photos of parking spots, send to them, wait for a response, and then repeat again. 3. The fridge makes a constant loud hum, which is problematic when the bed is so close. We were told “the fridge is an older model, but the sound it makes is normal for its age.” After a week of sending videos of the hum and no willingness to address, had to purchase a mini-fridge and unplug their fridge. 4. After checkout they asked for a 5-star review “If for any reason you wouldn’t leave 5 stars, could you please message me beforehand so I can make it right?"”

“Great location, everything was very close by. The neighborhood was beautiful, and we felt comfortable walking around safely. There is also a walking trail about half a mile down the road, which was a great bonus. There was an occasional homeless person on the street, but they did not seem harmful or disruptive. The home is located on a very busy street, right near a stoplight, so I would recommend backing your car into the driveway for easier access and safety. I really appreciated the carport, it made me feel very much comfortable about leaving my vehicle there. The property set up is unique, would be great for two small families. The only issue I had was in the front house bathroom, the shower door gets stuck on the toilet and doesn't open fully. Not a major issue, just had to use the back house shower. Hoste uses AI generated responses, but still very quick. I stayed for a month, and the total cost was over 4k, overpriced in my opinion. The location is what adds a lot of the value.”

“We stayed for a little under a month and the only issues we had was some smells from the neighbors but the host was quick to reply and take care of the issue. They have everything you need. they even provided a few rolls of paper towels and tp, some laundry soap pods, dish detergent, hand soaps, and all purpose cleaner for the kitchen! It was close to town and the base.”

“I was expecting this house to contain a lot more. It is located downtown. There were stains on my arrival the bathroom was dirty. All the kitchen appliances had dust. There was no grill. The host said they would take care of things and while the stain was removed I was very displeased with this place. I stayed there for a month. The shower curtain was red from stains( prior to my arrival).”
