“This is an excellent location. It is situated nicely between Colorado Springs (Manitou Springs) and Woodland Park. I highly recommend The Pantry in Green Mountain Falls for breakfast and/or lunch. We liked being close to Woodland Park. We liked being close to Manitou Springs. The bonus is being able to easily go into Colorado Springs, and particularly Old Colorado City. The house itself needs a few updates. We did enjoy the ping Pong table, the hot tub and the corn hole. It is close to the highway but that is what you should expect in this corridor. The house is clean and could use some upgrades.”

“Not what was expected. Not private at all as kids next door were playing 3 feet from the hot tub. House in front has noisy animals and interstate is very noisy as well.”

“Bearly Heaven is a perfectly located cabin for local adventures. The views are amazing!! The house is mostly updated with all amenities you will need in the mountains. The only negative is the canned/slow responses from host. Please note if you have a large family, after showering, laundry and dishwasher..the main water valve will shut off water without notice or help from host or AirBNB. Hopefully the canned responses will start to include instructions on how to reset instead of having to figure out on your own in the middle of the night!”
