“The house itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed! It’s got the charm of an old house, but with lots of great updates. The outside area was our favorite part! It’s in a neighborhood where houses are close, but the fencing makes it feel very private. I am so glad we came in summer, when we could see all of the beautiful flowers blooming! Our kids had a great time playing and relaxing in the back yard! This was the perfect location for us to travel back and forth to Boulder each day! We want to come back already!”
