“We loved our stay here. Our host responded immediately to all of our questions/concerns. The home has what is like two homes in one and a great fenced backyard. We travelled with a two year old so the separation of two levels with a full living room and kitchen on each level made early nights to bed and early rising not disturbing to our whole group. Coffee on both levels and laundry on both levels was a plus. There is no crib, but a pack n play which ended up working out fine for our little one. We cooked most meals and we had what we needed as far as pots and pans to cook with. Great vacation! I will also say that if you have a ? or concern about anything at all, just message the host and they are on it! They even gave us some ideas for where to look for hikes, etc.”

“Jessica was a great host and this Airbnb is wonderful. Lots of open spaces, comfortable furniture, quality bed and bedding, and the kitchen had all we needed to meal prep. The internet is fast and the water was always hot. We loved our morning walks and had fun exploring all the restaurants in the area. We felt safe and enjoyed being able to relax at night with TV and dinner in.”

“The interior was beautiful and comfortable. Perfect for me, my son, my daughter-in-law, and their 8 month old baby. It was great to have my lower level space to help afford everyone a bit of privacy. The location is close to stores and not far from hiking trails. It was very quiet. We also enjoyed the grill. Loved the art! My grandbaby always smiled at the astronaut in the flowers picture in the lower level, and the peace art in the downstairs bedroom. Jessica was very attentive and responsive!”

“We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The house is very spacious and clean - perfect to relax after a day of hiking. Walkable to downtown but we also found plenty of easy parking when we went to dinner. Bonfire Burritos was delicious - definitely go early for breakfast”

“Absolutely beautiful place. Took our entire family there for a week and could not have been happier. Close enough to Denver to be very drivable, super close to Red Rocks and the town of Evergreen is absolutely lovely. If you’re here with little kids, definitely go down to the public access point on the creek and spend the morning. Be prepared to see a lot of elk! Thank you to Jessica for sharing this beautiful home. Could not have had a better time.”

“Jessica’s place was perfect for our long weekend in the Denver area. The house was perfect for our group of 7 with room to spare. Jessica thought of everything and even left lots of great snacks and drinks for us. The proximity to Boulder and Denver makes it very easy to access everything. Checking and check out was super easy. The house is better than advertised. I was very impressed with this Airbnb.”

“This is a lovely spot near the heart of Evergreen but also on a quiet spot nestled into the mountains along Bear Creek. The house is well set to have a large family. It is getting good updates to make the space more enjoyable but it still has a rustic charm. The host was very responsive and helpful leading up to and during the stay. Would definitely return!”

“Jessica is an absolutely wonderful host. She welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine and a thoughtful spread of snacks that made us feel at home the moment we walked in. Her home is immaculate — spotless from top to bottom — and her instructions were clear and easy to follow, so there was zero guesswork. There's a wonderful sense of space throughout. The basement features a fantastic movie screen stocked with nostalgic films we had a blast choosing from, and we especially loved gathering around the big dining room table for breakfast together each morning. We can't recommend Jessica's place highly enough.”
