“We stayed in Breckenridge and overall had a decent experience. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00, but we had to wait about 15 minutes before we were able to get in. The place itself was fine, though a couple of small issues came up. All the beds were very squeaky. When my husband or I moved, it would wake the other person up because it was so squeaky. There was a brand-new coffee maker that still looked like it had just come out of the box. I asked if they had run water through it first (as you’re supposed to do with new appliances), and they weren’t sure, so I ended up doing that myself. We also had some trouble getting the patio door open. The hosts were quick to send someone over to take a look, which we appreciated. The hosts were friendly and responsive throughout the stay. At checkout they even returned my daughter’s ring without charging the $75 left-behind fee that their contract normally includes, which was a nice gesture and helped make up for the earlier hiccups.”

“An absolutely stunning home. Beautifully hidden in the woods right by a gorgeous river with views of the mountains. A marvelous kitchen and living spaces make this home perfect for a larger crew. The location is great with it being right across the street from the free Breckenridge shuttle. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Our stay with SMR exceeded all our expectations. Besides the house being truly spectacular and more beautiful than the photos, it was one of the most well-kept and clean homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything we needed, and then some which was perfect as we cooked many meals in the house. When we ran into an issue, SMR quickly responded, addressed the situation, and checked on us the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. We all highly recommend a stay in this home or any stay with SMR.”
