“We had a great stay with our group of 8. The house is spacious and could easily fit more. We especially appreciated the sleeping setup: unlike many Breck rentals with crowded bunk rooms, everyone had their own space, with no more than 2 beds in shared rooms. Pros: *Easy check-in and check-out (even let us get in early) * Spacious common areas, dining room, upstairs living/game room for movie night + plenty of outdoor seating * Beautiful town/mtn/Aspen views * Double ovens + dishwashers * Great location: ~5 min drive to town + grocery store nearby * Easy Instacart/DoorDash delivery Cons: * Some kitchen items were worn/disorganized: dull knives, older pot, scattered measuring utensils + limited wine glasses * One dishwasher detergent compartment didn’t always open * Upstairs TV wasn’t working, so we swapped TVs for movie night Minor issues given the space, location + price. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, well-located home, and we were very happy with our stay.”

“Our stay was simple and straightforward. The property accurately matched the photos, check-in was very easy, and the location served as a great base camp for our trip. While the amenities were good and we ran into no operational problems, the indoor furniture and outside seating could have been more comfortable, and the rugs were unfortunately not very clean. A practical option for a short stay if you are mostly looking for a base camp.”

“Its proximity to downtown Breckenridge was great. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere. The condo parking lot was very nice and dressed up with nice trees. Very pretty area. However, the condo unit was very hit and miss. The basement location had windows, but it was sunken too deep and we couldn’t actually see anything outside. We spent most our time outside anyway - so not a total flop. The inside and amenities were pretty basic and that was mostly good, but there were some issues. The bed is a spring mattress with no topper foam. I woke up every 2 or 3 hours from discomfort. That mattress should be discarded. The LG oven also needs replaced. It never got above 200F and it took almost an hour to bake a pizza. We’d set it to 400F but our thermometer still read 200F after 30 min. Other than a few other minor issues, we made it work and still had a good time.”

“We didn’t have wifi the whole time we were there. The host was responsive but unable to fix it and offered us a small refund. Location is great, it can be a little loud with cars because of being on the main road.”

“This is a great place to stay for the price. Right off of Main Street close to all of the restaurants and shopping. We were able to bring our dog which was a big plus. The door was a little tricky to find at first but we figured it out. Could use some better pillows and maybe a quilt for the bed. Overall, we felt very comfortable and safe.”
