“Outstanding property that sits right on the Blue River”

“We’ve rented vacation homes for years, and this was by far our favorite! The house is HUGE, with beds for up to 21 people, including five king-size beds. There are also six full bathrooms and plenty of towels for showers and the hot tub. We were a family of 10 visiting to hike and loved the well-equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for 12, extra refrigerator and spacious living area with comfortable seating. The wraparound deck has beautiful mountain views and lots of seating. The hot tub was pristine, and the outdoor fire pit was nice for evenings outdoors. We even saw a moose walking down the street and foxes playing in the yard! There’s plenty of parking, including a three-car garage, plus two washers and two dryers. It’s only about 10 minutes from Breckenridge, but feels quiet and secluded. The host was extremely responsive and even helped us find a local chef for a special family dinner. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”
