“This house was so comfortable and spacious. The layout is perfect and we loved the tall ceilings. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was especially nice, and the separate "TV room" above the garage was an unexpected treat. We had never explored this area near the golf course, and it was very peaceful.”

“Beautiful home in the heart of the Vail Valley! Excellent location to serve as home base for our daughter’s Vail wedding. The home was immaculately clean upon check in, has wonderful indoor/ outdoor living spaces including large living/dining rooms, lower- level family room, large sun-filled deck with outdoor dining and seating. Beautifully stocked kitchen in terms of dishware/cookware, probably the most well-stocked Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The beds were beyond comfortable, and the linens were lovely. I cannot say enough about this lovely rental! I would highly recommend for larger groups for ski trips, weddings, family, reunions, etc. The central location cannot be beat with direct access to the bus system and a stop located virtually right out the front door. Five minutes to Vail Village, Lionshead, Beaver Creek and Edwards, all the while being tucked into a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by nature, even including a resident Moose! 🫎 This rental, exceeded all expectations!”

“Lovely home, very clean with newer furnishings. Living area was super for our large group that loves to hangout and chat. Location was great - a short walk to the HOA pond and beach. The deck off the main level was quite spacious and well furnished with a nice sized gas grill. Adirondack chairs could use some pillows for better comfort, but otherwise a relaxing space.”

“Lovely home and perfect location on the water and short drives to South Lake Tahoe, the Y, Emerald Bay, and Fallen Leaf. Spacious home with great gathering spaces, stocked with family games, abundant kitchen goods, and bathroom toiletries. It’s a lake house at the end of the season, so there were a few elements off (outdoor grill was on its last legs, screen doors struggling on tracks, but nothing that the owner and the rental service won’t take care of before the next rental season, I’m sure). It is clearly a loved home. It would be amazing during ski season. It would be nice if the host agency used real people to respond to nuanced renter questions, instead of a chat bot. That caused some odd and inconsistent/not helpful responses during our customer service interactions.”

“Great place. Great location. However poor communications regarding parking restrictions - we were six adults (three couples three cars). Although there was room to park all three cars on the driveway, we received an email informing us of a complaint within an hour or two of arrival with a stern request to make arrangements to remove a car - the suggestion was to take it to town and park it somewhere on the street (not a solution!) A photo was provided, showing all three cars fitting comfortably in the parking space , we received an OK that this would work and then at 6:30 am we were told to move the vehicle. The parking restriction should have been better communicated - it created stress with our group for the first 24 hours, and an ongoing feeling that we were being watched by neighbours who did not want Airbnb in the area.”
