“This place was really beautiful, huge space. All bedrooms were nice and cozy, but the master bedroom was amazing. The family loved spending time in the theater room , they had a very cool sound system that made you feel like you were in the movie. Great place to stay. Would definitely be coming back.”

“Beautiful cabin with gorgeous mountain views! Lots of board games to play and hot tub on the lower level. Big kitchen with any cooking needs you may have. Great location, only 15 minutes from downtown Breckenridge & many hiking trails nearby. The only complaints are the washing machine wouldn’t latch so we weren’t able to turn it on. Also the back doors are a little tricky to lock. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!”

“The home was a perfect size for our party of 6. Check in and check out was easy, and the host was very friendly and responsive to my questions and requests. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies. A couple things could be improved: 1) kitchen could use a better deep clean as the cabinets felt sticky from grease. 2) living room sofa set and pillows could use a steam clean as there were stained. All in all, we had a great time and I would definitely recommend this home!”

“The property was absolutely stunning. Everything worked to standards, did not have to reach out to host for anything. Everything was easy to understand and work. Beautiful and spacious residence with a lot to do! Highly recommend it!”

“We had several issues with this propriety. It has amazing views, but the pots and pans were completely unusable because they were so damaged. The washer door would not close so we could not wash towels or clothing. But the biggest issue is that several exterior doors did not lock properly, which we realized when high winds blew it open on our second night. Property owner was unable to send a technician out to correct, so we ended our trip a day early as we were so uncomfortable staying there with children for another night. The property owners refused to refund us for the full night (and security risk from the first two), and offered only a 20% refund. Extremely disappointed with this property”

“We booked this property primarily for the hot tub, and unfortunately it was a major issue from the start. It was not clean, not heating properly, and not ready for use upon arrival. We gave it time to heat as instructed, but it never worked correctly. When we reached out, instead of sending someone, we were walked through multiple troubleshooting steps that didn’t work. We ultimately had to fix it ourselves by resetting the breaker. After using the hot tub, multiple people in our group developed widespread skin irritation consistent with a bacterial infection. Only those who used the hot tub were affected. This is a serious health and safety concern. Despite raising this, the host did not take accountability and directed us to Airbnb rather than resolving it. For the price we paid, this was extremely disappointing — especially since the hot tub was a primary reason we chose this property.”
