“This house needs a lot of maintenance. A bed completely broke when sat down on it. Had to put mattress on floor for 5 nights out of our 7. The couch and carpet are stained and very dirty. One bathroom sink was clogged for several days so the people in that room couldn’t even brush their teeth in the sink and had to go to someone else’s bathroom. Plumber didn’t come fior 3 days Broken windows, some without screens. Since there was no AC and you couldn’t open a window made some rooms very hot. Door knobs fell off when used, ceiling fan didn’t work in a bedroom but that did get fixed. Several tubs leaked and one had to be turned on at the valve at bottom of tub. The knob came off one of the tubs and couldn’t be turned on for cold water. Lots of spiders and even roaches in the kitchen. Lots of weeds around house and just not taken care of. We were very disappointed when saving for a year to come to this house and paying over 12,000 for the week. CJ was great to work with and helpful!!”
