“I'll start with the good because I loved the place.... perfect location!! We were only minutes from downtown and getting in and out was a breeze. Also the house was better looking in person, which rarely happens, my family enjoyed it. The bad.... 1st thing was the living room tv not working our entire trip. 2nd was the fridge was broken and we put our food outside in the snow the whole week, the smaller fridge that was left in the kitchen froze all the drinks. 3rd the porch door handle giggled right off. This was the first 2 days. I messaged the host and thankfully they were quick to respond and get maintenance out to fix the handle and tv. TV still was trying to go thru a roko account none of us had, but all the other tvs worked great. The fridge wasn't fixed until our last full day, they stated they messaged me ahead of time letting me know it was broken but I never received a message. if I would've know I wouldn't have bought so much food on my way there. We still had a great time!”

“Words cannot describe how disappointed I was with this house and the quality of the people running this BNB. They knowingly rented out a home at a high cost when there were to many issues to list. Don’t bring kids, two electrical outlets were just hanging out the wall. Went out to the hot tub the first night, got locked out of the house for a solid 10 mins with my daughter due to the door handle FALLING OFF from the outside. The house is beautiful, but it needs ALOT of maintenance. One of the TVs just didn’t work at all, whole platter of food left on the bbq grill for us to clean up. There were many more issues and I’m not one to complain. I booked this last minute I get it, but this house shouldn’t be available to rent until it is fixed of all its issues. I hate leaving a review like this, but it was a pretty crappy experience for the price.”

“This place was beautiful and amazing. We loved every minute of being there and the private hot tub was awesome on the snowy days with 100% recommend staying here.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Great deck, hot tub. Close to Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon/Silverthorne. We loved all the nearby hiking and outdoor activities. We’ll definitely stay in this area again.”
