“We are so happy with our stay here! Perfect place for our family of five with young kids. The place had everything we needed, comfortable, well thought out, very clean and well kept. “This condo had everything we needed and was exactly as expected. Great location; close enough to quickly stroll to main street, yet removed enough to be quieter and feel more serene. Inside was very clean - brand new carpet was a nice touch. Balcony and SSE facing windows were perfect; nice mornings and indirect in the afternoon. Hosts were in contact just the right amount; pro-active up front, then let us just enjoy the stay but there with a quick response if ever needed. If coming back to Breck again, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Thanks for a great stay.”

“We had an amazing time in Breckenridge while staying in the condo. It was a convenient location, we could walk to the shops or take request the free shuttle. One day we took the gondola into town. The condo was spotless and met our needs and expectations. We felt at home and if we had any questions, we received a prompt response. We hope to book this condo again when we vacay again in the winter of 2026.”

“Overall, our stay at One Ski Hill Place was great. Condo was very large and clean with a very large balcony that had a great view. The building's amenities were excellent - and we even took advantage of the free bowling alley one evening. Only downside is the construction next door. They started very early in the morning and made it difficult to sleep with the windows open. Communication with Gilson Group was very clear. Highly recommend.”

“Very well equipped and spacious condo. Great location. A short walk to Main Street and relaxing pool/ hot tub area. Management company extremely responsive. Only negative was view of noisy road and gondola parking lot. Would stay here again or at another property managed by this group.”
