“This is not the place to be during off season. The jetted tub was filthy upon arrival as well as the unit being almost 90 degrees due to the heat being left off in the wamer spring weather. The garage closed during an unseasonal snow storm for cleaning. The water was also shut off twice. The second time there was no issue and it came back around the quoted time. The first time it was shut off we reached out 3 hours after the quoted time asking for an update. They did not have one. Very shortly after the maintenance person stopped by the unit with what was perceived as a passive aggressive statement about us "being the only ones here". Not only was that over exaggerating but we have a right to know when something as basic as water will be available when we are paying customers. For y'all's info, I worked 13 hours between 2 part time jobs (no overtime) the day before! So excuse me for being in the unit that day. If they can't handle off season then I wouldn't trust them during busy time”

“Beautiful town walking to all restaurants and amenities great pool/hot tub. well stocked kitchen. directed us to third party website for check in and ID verification (including photos of ID) which felt intrusive and unnecessary given already verified on Airbnb. also fee for pack n' play (included with most rentals) with no obvious pricing list or way to request it and even after submitting the fee it was not available when we arrived. that said they were quick to cancel the fee when the error was realized aside from this all was beautiful and as advertised”

“The house was in a decently private area; however, the stilts of the house are sitting on random pieces of wood; and one is completely hovering. The house was very cozy and within 2 hours of many major tourist spots though, so the rough, un-paved road leading to it was worth the drive.”

“We had a family gathering and had planned for well over year and even though the snow was terrible the convenience of the lift the ski shop was great with toddlers the pool and the hot tubs were greatly enjoyed. The lodge was clean the front desk. People were wonderful and the walk ability was great.”

“CAUTION. Take pictures or video of everything. I was accused of not returning a key that was not included at pickup. I was sent pictures of my returned keys that were not how I returned them. An older image was sent portraying how they were returned which was not how I placed the keys back. 2.Asked to not wear shoes inside yet carpet is old, dirty and dusty. Socks end up dirty or the dirt/dust is felt and vieawable on bare feet. 3. The tunnel walkway is not accurately described. If skiing, it is a tough walk with skiis/boots up and down a long flight of stairs. A total walk of about 0.3 miles. 4. The gym pictures are innacurate and don't tell the full story. Pictures are two different gyms. One in the main lobby building and from the building this apt is in. The gym in the apt is combined with the ski locker. 5. Found random gym equipment in my ski locker after locking it and setting my own pin. Not worth the hassel of someone trying to squeeze an extra dollar with false accusation”
