“Great mountain stay with beautiful views. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the space was larger than expected. The driveway does have a very sharp turn so it might be tricky if you are driving a larger vehicle.”

“Everything was perfect. We had a relaxing and wonderful week. The summer weather was so beautiful that they are correct that AC is not needed. A light sweater for sitting outside to enjoy the views in the am and pm made it more comfortable to watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. The home was very well stocked and had lightning fast internet. The place was spotless. Our GPS found the home with no issues and the town of Nederland is a can’t miss for great food and quirky shops. For us east coasters the elevation took a day to get used to but I slept better than ever after night 1. An overall 10/10 experience.”

“Very roomy for our group of four. Modern and nicely decorated. Big bedrooms and loved the 2 king beds that were super comfortable. Kitchen is completely stocked with anything you may need. Big TVs. I just wish there were two bathrooms, the place is big enough to put in another one. Also, could not log into my YouTube TV account because TV asks for a Roku code to download the app and the property manager claims there is none (but there is) My only suggestion is to fix that and please cut down some of those trees that block 70% of what would be an absolutely gorgeous view from the bottom deck! Top deck is off limits to guests. Also, the high pitched sonar sound in the parking lot is a bit bothersome but I learned it is from a motion detector that keeps away any wildlife (like bears) that may want to rummage through the garbage, so I guess it's necessary. Overall, satisfied.”
