Vacasa in Beaver Creek, Colorado

“The resort did not have our reservation when we arrived. I contacted vacasa and was told to call Air BnB. Air BnB told to call vacasa. The rep at vacasa told me she could send my request, to have the reservation to the resort, to her "team". Thankfully, the women at the front desk also contacted vacasa and after several conversations was able to resolve the situation. It took nearly an hour for the resort to receive the reservation. The woman at the desk said this has happened 8 of the last 9 times with this vacasa rental. It was a very frustrating situation. Additionally, due to poor conditions, Beaver Creek closed 2 weeks early. Vacasa should have notified us. The village was , for the most part, closed. We should have been given an option of a refund ,or to move our reservation to another location. We will NOT be using vacasa in the future. Nor will we recommend it.”

“Great place to stay in normal snowfall year. Wasn't ski in ski out because of the lack of snow which was a bummer but the Beaver Creek Connect was a savior.”

“Convenient location, ski in ski out. Walkable to every place in town. Very well furnished and all required appliances and kitchen supplies.”

“The unit was generally as-described on the site. Relatively easy to ski-in and ski-out, so long as the ski bridge has enough snow on it. The ski lockers on the main floor made it easy to store your skis and get to and from the slopes each day. The large hot tub was great as well. The unit did seem a little dated, but likely consistent with other units in Townsend Place. Walking to the Beaver Creek shops and restaurants was relatively easy, although the entry drive area to the units was not shoveled, making a bit slippery down the hill.”
