“Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Charter! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The owners have done a fantastic job of thoughtfully stocking the condo with all the little things you might need during your stay, which made it feel very welcoming and like a home away from home. The location was another huge plus. We loved being able to walk to everything at the base, including restaurants, shops, and activities, without having to worry about driving or finding parking.”

“The listing stated for 4 people. The king sized bed was great. The other bed was a single sized pull out sofa bed. Way too small for 2 adults and a poor mattress. Barely adequate for 2 small children. $40.00 per night for parking is ridiculous. You need a car to get there. Parking should be included with your room costs. Way too much. Our second night, the parking structure was full. The front desk staff was excellent.”
