We had a nice stay at the charter. The kids enjoyed the pool, and it was close to everything.

Unfortunately the hotel was closing down early because the mtn. shut down 2 weeks early. We would have expected at least to have happy hour at the restaurant and coffee in the morning. Our rate was not discounted but the amenities that we chose weren’t available.

We enjoyed our stay at the Charter. The amenities are fantastic. From the 24hr front desk, onsite restaurant, spa, and shuttle, the conveniences are unbeatable. Kind, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Wonderful spot in Beaver Creek, not exactly ski in and ski out this season—but the shuttle made it easy as can be and had wonderful drivers! Hotel feels throughout. With a great spa/locker room. Hot tubs that are actually hot! Saunas that stay ready! Massages if you desire. Decent hotel gym. A bar with drinks and fireplace. Lovely place to eat on site if you want it, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Room has clean towels as needed, will make the bed daily if needed, two robes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion in actual sizes that last your stay. Clean as can be. Would stay again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the charter! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub! The shuttle to the mountain was very convenient for getting the kids to ski school on time. We also loved the outdoor ski storage. We had a great trip!

We had a great stay - the room was clean, comfortable, and as expected based on the photos. On-site ski rentals were a great convenience, as was the easy access to lifts and short walk to the village. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate this year for us to ski in and ski out, but it was still easy to get on the slopes - we took a very short walk to Elkhorn lift one day, and we shuttled to Centennial lift the next. The shuttle service was easy and reliable. Self-parking in the garage was easy. The conglomeration of buildings is a little bit confusing to navigate but having so much under one roof is nice. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great location and value! You can either ski out and down to the Elkhorn Lift, or catch the shuttle out front to be dropped off at the bottom of Centennial. On the way back, you do need to hunt a little to find the "Charter Skiway", which is a singletrack trail that takes you back to the front of the Charter (the entrance is not at the base... it's about a hundred yards above the base by the Haymeadow Gondola! Don't ski past it!) Once you figure out the layout of the Charter it's pretty easy to get around, but the first day it does take a minute to get your bearings and can get easily turned around. The 20 yard pool was great (I swam laps... wish it was 25 yards, but 20 isn't bad, and was empty in the morning). The hot tubs were also great! Very hot and met cool people! The Charter Steak House was top notch and I highly recommend eating there. We only ate dinner there once because we wanted to try out the other restaurants also. The breakfast was great every morning too!
