“Our stay in Avon was wonderful thanks in large part to our accommodations. The condo was a great size for our family of three, with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking meals and comfortable furniture. As the listing mentions, there isn’t A/C, but the condo comes with multiple fans for warmer days and leaving windows & the balcony door open in the evening cooled things down quickly. The location is great - easy to walk to the nearby lake (with beach, paddle boats, SUPs, etc), the Avon Rec Center, and a number of restaurants & cafes.”

“The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The building is convenient to lots of places in Avon. Our only complaint is the lack of AC. The listing probably says this, but be sure you’re ok with warm evenings and nights in July and August before booking. No matter what anyone says about not needing AC in CO, this condo was too warm for us even though the outside temps were reasonably cool at night.”
